Eating Lunch with a Dairy Farmer? Cheese is a Must! #FoodThanks

I wanted to share some photos from my visit with Ray Prock of Ray-Lin Dairy this fall. I still need to post some of the things I learned but the cheese keeps coming to mind — afterall, we went to a restaurant on the site where Ray & other dairy farmers deliver their milk. AND THEY MAKE CHEESE RIGHT THERE! Yum! And Ray knew some of the other cheeses that were made by local farmers. I’m talking about the Hillmar Cheese Company that sells cheese under their name locally but also produces for a variety of other brands. And I have to tell you, my sandwich was really yummy!

    Cheese is definitely a must – I’m almost as much a cheese-o-holic as a choc-o-holic, LOL!!!!!
