Research & Development Dinner at Niche STL

The result? I tweeted that I was trying to decide whether I should make dinner plans or stop following chef Gerard Craft because the temptation was a big one. Well, as you can likely guess from the following photos, I am still following him. And the dinner at Niche STL was fantastic! 🙂

    I am student at Missouri State University and in my public relations class we are learning about the importance of blogging and engaging on other blogs! I was excited to find yours because now I’m looking forward to following your posts since I am too a big “foodie”, I love agriculture, and I am itching to see the world–as my bank account allows me! I have heard wonderful things about Niche but have never been; if you are looking to change things up a bit, I would recommend Roberto’s Trattoria in South County. It is a bit pricy but 100% worth it, the food is just absolutely delicious, and now they have a food truck called Roberto’s Trucktoria that is very reasonably priced! Enjoy!

      Thanks for the tip. Haven’t heard of Roberto’s. Have lived in St. Louis just 2 years and have been to several great restaurants but there are a lot more to check out for sure.
