An Awesome Day at Forest Park Boathouse & Paddleboating

I just had to share more photos from my day off with my sister Cheryl & our friend Cathy. I’m sharing these as much as anything so I can come back to them on crummy days and remind myself how incredible a single day can be. How an awesome day like Tuesday recharges you and can change your perspective much longer than just the few hours spent doing something like spending time in Forest Park. Whether the crummy times come from snow (yeah, I’m expecting to dislike winter a bit) or from an overload of stress, a day like this in your memory bank reminds you how easy it can be to get back to being yourself. All it takes is a bit of time and some of the folks who can be that touchstone!

I love locations with lots of water. I find that they can melt away a lot of stress. 🙂
